Claire started CF Strategic Partnerships because she has a heart for addressing social disparities and is passionate about partnering for more effective and efficient impact. Claire believes strategic thinking combined with authentic, trust-based collaboration is an essential component for addressing social disparities. She feels energized by bringing fresh perspective, intentionality, and strategic thinking to complex problems. While leading groups, Claire seeks to elevate all voices to connect people and ideas and illuminate a pathway forward.

Early in her career, Claire recognized her love for collaboration. During her 8 years at a nonprofit consulting firm in Washington, DC, Claire discovered her desire to work on complex issues related to poverty including: homelessness, hunger, food insecurity, health care, education, and racial equity. Her work included strategic planning, program management, leadership coaching, and work on culture and collaboration.

During the past 5 years, Claire has focused primarily on leadership of the Board of Trustees for a local school, including developing and executing a strategic plan, facilitating annual Board retreats, codifying governance systems and processes, and developing a more strategic fundraising approach.

Claire has an MBA and an MA in Arts Administration from Southern Methodist University and a BA in French from Davidson College.

Outside of her professional work, Claire most enjoys spending time with her husband, Wesley, and their two children, traveling the world, eating delicious food, and exploring the great outdoors. Claire also enjoys speaking French, learning Spanish, leading groups in discussions on faith and parenthood, volunteering with local nonprofits, and being a vocal coach and choir teacher at a local school.
